Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or registering a shop on offerundo you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to create a shopper account. You must be at least 18 years old and authorised to act on behalf of a business to register a merchant shop.

3. Merchant obligations

Merchants are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and fulfillment of every offer they publish. This includes ensuring that advertised discounts are honoured at the point of sale and that offer terms comply with applicable law. offerundo reserves the right to remove any offer that is inaccurate, misleading, or in breach of these terms.

4. Prohibited conduct

You agree not to:

• provide false or misleading information when registering or publishing offers;
• attempt to redeem offers fraudulently or multiple times beyond permitted limits;
• interfere with or disrupt the platform or its infrastructure;
• scrape, reverse-engineer, or reproduce content without written permission;
• use the platform for any unlawful purpose.

5. Intellectual property

offerundo owns all rights in the platform, its design, and its technology. Content you submit (shop descriptions, offer details, images) remains yours; by submitting it you grant offerundo a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display and distribute it as part of the service. You confirm you have the right to grant this licence.

6. Offer availability

Offers on offerundo are provided by third-party merchants. offerundo does not guarantee availability, pricing, or redemption acceptance at the point of sale. Disputes about offer fulfillment are between the shopper and the merchant.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, offerundo is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the platform, including loss of savings, failed redemptions, or merchant conduct. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us (if any) in the 12 months before the claim arose.

8. Changes to these terms

We will notify registered users by email at least 14 days before making material changes to these terms. Continued use of the platform after that notice period constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from or related to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
