1. Who we are

offerundo is a local offers marketplace operated from India. References to “we”, “us”, or “our” in this policy mean offerundo. Questions can be directed to our Grievance Officer at sales@offerundo.com — we respond within 30 days.

2. What we collect

Account data: When you register, we collect your name and email address. Merchants additionally provide their shop name, address, phone number, and business category.

Location data: When you choose to enable geolocation, your coordinates are used in your browser session to show nearby offers. They are not stored on our servers.

Usage data: We collect records of offers you save and redeem, and anonymised page-view and navigation data to understand how the product is used.

3. How we use your data

We use your data to operate the service (matching you with nearby offers, processing redemptions), to send transactional emails (e.g. email confirmation, shop verification status), and to improve the product through aggregated analytics. We do not sell personal data to third parties.

Redemption disclosure: When you claim an offer, your name and email address are shared with the merchant solely to verify your redemption. The merchant is not permitted to use this information for any other purpose.

4. Data processors

We rely on the following third-party processors who handle data on our behalf under data processing agreements:

• Supabase — stores account, shop, offer, and redemption data on servers within their infrastructure.
• Vercel — hosts the application and collects anonymised page-view analytics (no personally identifiable data is shared with Vercel Analytics).

5. Cookies and local storage

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in. We use browser local storage to remember saved offers when you are not signed in. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. See our Cookie Policy for details.

6. Data retention

Account and activity data is retained for as long as your account is active. If you request deletion, we remove your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal or accounting purposes.

7. Your rights

You have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, request corrections to inaccurate data, request deletion of your account and associated data, and withdraw consent for optional processing at any time. To exercise any of these rights, email our Grievance Officer at sales@offerundo.com.

8. Children

offerundo is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

9. Changes to this policy

We will notify registered users by email before making material changes to this policy. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent update.
